Do I need to book Fast Track Service in advance?
For Arrival packages, you must book and pay before your flight.
For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight to guarantee availability.
Date Changes & Refund Policy
If your itinerary changes, you are able to change your Fast Track date/time at least 4 hours in advance of your flight for free. If your flight is delayed, we will take note and adjust your arrival time accordingly. No notice from you is required.
If you would like a refund, we are able to provide one if you notify us at least 4 hours before your flight.

On crowded days, especially during high seasons (i.e. summer and Lunar New Year), you should expect some waiting time in the Fast Track lanes. However the wait is significantly shorter than the regular immigration lane.
